Through systems-based review of policies, procedures, and local operating protocols; targeted chart audits; and analysis of key performance indicators presented within a multidisciplinary quality forum, I identify deficiencies, issue evidence-based recommendations, and, when necessary, implement Corrective Action Plans to move facilities from non-compliance toward sustained, measurable substantial compliance.
